Valentina Karga
The work of Valentina Karga operates between art, design, research and architecture. It draws together elements of socially engaged practices and speculative experiments that question existing social and physical infrastructures within the realms of energy, economy, and sustainability. She was a fellow at the Berlin Centre for Advanced Studies in Arts and Science, University of the Arts Berlin, a Saari Fellow in Finland, and in residency at the NTU-CCA in Singapore and the Transmediale’s Vilém Flusser Program in Berlin. Her work has been exhibited internationally. Since 2018 Valentina Karga is a professor at the University of Fine Arts Hamburg (HfbK).
