Paula Kohlmann works as a freelance curator and since 2018 as a dramaturg at Theater Rampe. She is co-founder of the project space LOTTE in Stuttgart (2012-2017) and co-curated, among others, the festivals SOFT POWER PALACE - Festival about Independent Art Spaces (2018) for Akademie Schloss Solitude and together with Theater Rampe *Stadt der Frauen* in Esslingen (2018). Together with Elke aus dem Moore, she was responsible for the symposium Shape your City, Share your City as part of the festival Die irritierte Stadt* (2020) in Stuttgart, which focused on artistic strategies for activating public space, as well as the question of interpretive sovereignty in public space. Since 2020 she teaches at the Merzakademie and at the Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart.
