Gwendoline Robin → Marienplatz ↗︎
withThe production of fire is considered an elementary cultural technique. One could say that it is the basis for the emergence of human civilisation. The first forms of fireworks probably occurred during the Song Dynasty in China and were initially characterised more by firecrackers than by light effects. The artist Gwendoline Robin sees them as poetic gestures. The ephemeral nature of fireworks reflects the idea of collaborative creation, design and the experience of entertaining poetic moments. The artist creates collaboratively produced works of art for CURRENT in her intergenerational
